Student experience: Screen goes blank/white during or after completing Proctorio

Proctor experience: Can see the student to add them to the test but shows as
“Not Started”
Remedy: Students should complete these steps before logging into their exam:
1. Type: chrome://flags into the address bar in Chrome and select enter.
2. In the Search Flags box, type: SameSite.
3. Set ALL results to DISABLED.
4. Click Relaunch in the bottom right corner.
5. The student will need to go through the Proctorio pre-checks again by relaunching the exam in the ATI student portal.
