Getting Started:

Attire for your photo:

  • You may wear your Joyce Scrubs for the photo if you already have them, or if you do not have them yet, please dress in business casual attire.
  • Scrubs are not required for the ID badge photo.


Photo Requirements:

  1. Background must be a solid color. 
  2. There must be space between the top of your head and top of the photo. 
  3. Your shoulders, neck, and face must all be visible in the photo.



Instructions:

1 - Click on the link in the email



If the button does not work, copy and paste the full URL below the "Submit Photo Here" button.


2 - Click "Yes or No"




3 - Complete the reCAPTCHA



4 - Select "Upload Photo" or "Capture" based on your preference.


5 - Once uploaded or captured, select "Submit to Print."



6 - Review Process

                

Once Submitted, the photo will be reviewed by a member of the Joyce Staff to ensure accuracy.

  1. If approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your ID Badge.
  2. If not approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to resubmit a photo.
